Seven members and a junior put up with foul weather for a ordinary days angling. The main venue fished was the Goulburn River. The Yarra River was also tried for no reward.
THe Goulburn River conditions deteriorated throughout the day with bushfire area runoff polluting the river with ash and mud.
Alan Russell was the most successful angler with 2 lovely brown trout, taken on mussels, for a cleaned weight of 1.640kgs including a 47cm fish that weighed 0.915kgs. A total of 3 fish were weighed for 1.830kgs.
