Fishing Reports

Weekends at the Brunswick City Anglers Club are always a memorable event. As with all great weekends what happens on the trip stays on the trip. It was a memorable Saturday night.........

Now on to the fishing, Saturday was a quiet day fishing wise but great weather made it most enjoyable. Best fish for the day was a 4.50kg Snapper taken by Jason K. Jason also weighed in the only Whiting for the trip.

Mick O caught two nice gummy shark, Julian C also caught a nice gummy and John C also caught a snapper.

On the Sunday no fish were bought to scale, but Julian C and John C managed to bring home 6 lovely calamari.

Winner of the competition was Mick O, with 2 gummy shark for 5.95 kg, second was Jason K with 1 snapper and 4 whiting for 5.85 kg. Julian C was third with 1 gummy shark that weighed 2.60 kg.

Great weekend enjoyed by all.
